Warranty & Service

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to new, non-clearance merchandise only.
  • If an item can be repaired under warranty, it will be repaired. Items will only be exchanged if they cannot be repaired.
  • Most items include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty (some products may have different coverage – ask your sales associate).
  • Warranty claims are at the manufacturer’s discretion and may result in repair or exchange.
  • No refunds or returns will be issued for warranty claims – exchange only.
  • Customers who picked up items, received free delivery, or doorstep delivery must bring items to the store for inspection.
    • Customers with white-glove delivery may be eligible for an in-home technician visit.
    • In-home inspections are available for a $99 inspection fee.
    • The $99 inspection fee is nonrefundable, regardless of warranty approval.
    • If a warranty claim is approved, the inspection fee can be applied as a credit toward the redelivery fee for the warranty exchange.
  • Warranty exchanges must be for items of equal or greater value and will incur a redelivery fee.
  • Warranty exchanges are valued at the original merchandise price.

Value-Manufactured Furniture

  • Many items are mass-produced and may have minor imperfections (finish blemishes, slight color variations, fitting irregularities).
  • These are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Manufacturer warranties still apply.
